I was talking to my Mom last night and She was telling me (reminding me, really)  about the dangers of pesticides in conventionally grown veggies and so today I went to Whole Foods and purchased A LOT of organic stuff.  I am making organic sweet potato fries right now.  They should be good and pesticide free.
